We hereby propose to the full Unit Board that a NLM sectional be held at North Seattle College (CC1161) on November 14-15, 2015.  JEFF:  PLEASE ADVISE IF WE ARE CONSTRAINED FROM THIS PROPOSED 6th TOURNAMENT (2nd NLM SECTIONAL) DURING 2015 BY ANY LIMITATION ON THE TOTAL # OF SANCTIONS AVAILABLE FOR SECTIONALS WITHIN A CALENDAR YEAR.  If there is no such constraint, and without objection from fellow board members, David will coordinate with Matt to acquire a sanction for this proposed tournament.  (Note:  at a later date the committee plans to address a NLM sectional for fall 2016).
