 Good Morning Patti!



Happy New year to you too.  Thanks for the form you sent in.  Do you have
an specifics about how you would like the tables and chairs set up in the
room?  I can have 150 chairs on carts just left in the space for you, and
the 12ish 5 foot tables that typically “live” in the room pushed to the
perimeter of the room for you to use at your discretion, if that works for
you.  I need to specify the setup on the contract, which I hope to have
ready for you in the next several weeks.



I will verify with my head of food services that it’s okay for you to bring
in your own coffee, water, and cookies.  I expect this will be fine, but
will need his A-Okay on file.  The only water available for filling coffee
pots and coolers when not using NSC Food Services is the bathroom sinks in
CC1161, which are rather shallow, so I would recommend bring a shallow
pitcher to “bail” into your coffee makers.
