Been retired since 2004 and living in Northern MI on 20 acres of hard woods..... Was -25 degrees here two nights ago which is a new 13 year record. Was flying for a good many years but some heart problems knocked me out of that. (ya gotta quit sometime) still boat and fish, cut trees for firewood and manage my two servers and two home computers on Kubuntu. Keep the road cleared with a large Kubota and love it living here.<br>

Still here. Been having more fun than a human should have raising a 17 year old son solo. Still using Linux only - Linux Centos/mint and fedora on three separate systems at my house. Have to use Windows 8 at work, but put virtual box on it and use Centos most of the time.<br>

Fortunately, a great deal of my work is using AWS systems running Ubuntu.<br>

It has been a bumpy ride the last few years, but mostly fun..<br>

Still here too. Mostly lurking. Back to working in the coal fields doing<br>
a lot of permitting/engineering reviews and field work as well. I still<br>
do sysadmin work for the wife's small business, and occasionally at<br>
$DAYJOB, but that's mostly "for show" these days.<br>
<br>
Using mostly OpenSuSE, although I'd like to try out some other options<br>
when I can get a chance. The systemd thing is next on the list to learn,<br>
though I think it's a solution to a problem that didn't really exist.<br>
Also dealing with elderly parent issues at the moment, so that uses up<br>
most of my time.<br>
