I use Truecrypt currently for a few different things. I've got a
dedicated HDD that I'm using truecrypt to encrypt the contents on, and
I really can't be happier. I don't notice a high IO or
encrypting/decrypting load on the machine while I'm using the drive,

I'm glad to hear a good review. We're evaluating encryption solutions for executives' memory sticks and laptops. I think for memory sticks, we may use IronKeys, which are easier to use.

Have you used the automount feature? I'm testing it in Windows and couldn't get it to work on a file enclosure. I was wondering if it worked on partition enclosures only. (I haven't created a partition enclosure yet.)
