These outbreaks (assuming you're referring to SARS, MERS & now COVID19), are 100% a result of lack of exposure to corona viruses which jumped the species barrier to humans.  Catching any virus, and being able to mount an effective immune response are two completely different things. You seem to be fixated on steroids when they are, at best, orthogonal to the issue.  There's no scientific evidence to support your statements.
