You can download MacOS from the App Store and burn it to a USB with a
utility like Disk Maker X (the easy way, you can do it manually too, Google
it).
If you want to re-install MacOS, just boot to the USB and install from
there.  The Disk Utility is on the install media, so you can partition and
format as needed.

Or, like I mentioned before, you can use Clonezilla to image the drive and
restore the image (just not with BootCamp).
