Mailman Updated for DMARC handling.

I've just updated our MLM to Mailman 2.1.18-1 to handle rewriting
the From: address and Reply-To: to deal with delivery issues to
AOL, Yahoo!, and some others that are using DMARC checking.  We
had a large number of automatic unsubscribes to another list
for subscribers.

Basically the From: header is changed to list at lists.celestial.com
and the original Sender's email is put in the Reply-To: (adding
if necessary) when the recipient is in a domain that does this
DMARC checking.
