I need a new server distro

Mike,

I use Gentoo for all of my server stuff. I build it, just the way I want 
it and nothing else. I've built server images of less than 200meg that 
include Tomoyo, latest kernel, glibc and any server app that you can 
imagine... no cruft, no fat, no bloat.

Sorry, I'm a bit  biased.
