Documentation Server info ....

I need to find a web based documentation server to set up and publish on-line
documentation about hosts, settings, inventory.

It is needed to help us keep up with big deployment of servers.

I need to be able to track whats been done, who has done what, how-tos and
the like ....

Any suggestions ?
