No, it's a problem of crappy software. It works for a few hours and
then blackout. Removing the cable and then reinserting it brings back
the signal. I discovered it by googling around... I don't know what's
inside the box set, it probably runs NoGoodOS, as changing channels
one time too many sometimes makes it unusable (I have to turn power
off and then restart, just to access normal channels in a normal TV
set).  Anyway, the fault seems to be with the decoding software...
