I have tried previous Fedora versions and all failed to create a 
partition on a drive already accommodating other Linuces.
After creating a partition with a different Linux installer, Fedora 
would then install.  I don't know about the GRUB bug because I always 
chainload Fedora from another Linux's GRUB.
