[O/T] Cheap laptops?

That's why they charge you a lot of money for the support and warranty :)

Usually Dell have warranty  and extended warranty up to five years. 
Recently I have a server that its warranty will be expired in just a few 
days, and it is five years old. I called and they are happy to extend 
the contract for another two years ( they asked if I want more ). I 
asked why they now support for more than five years, the answer is they 
still have a lot of parts for that line of servers :)
