I do not know about MSI either. I just tried a configuration that is 
close to your Dell on Dell website. It is almost the same but the CPU is 
faster and it has some hardware warranty. The price is $634. Of course 
it is more expensive, but if you call a Dell sales person, you may have 
some (sometime huge) discount.

I need four 2.5" hard drives for one of the servers last week. I called 
my Dell sales person and she gave an 45% discount, and I ended up having 
8 of them. :)
