[O/T] Cheap laptops?

Hi all,

I'm looking for a very inexpensive laptop, but one that isn't junk. I found
two that look interesting; a Dell and an MSI. I've never heard of MSI. Does
anyone know how these fare?

I'm leaning towards the MSI because it's a bit faster and has DVI output but
it has Windows 7 32-bit and I've never heard of MSI.
The Dell has Windows 7 64-bit.

Your thoughts?
