I've been using HostMonster for a while and been pretty happy with them. Their
feature list includes Joomla but I don't know any more than that. Their cPanel
seems pretty well stocked. Appears they have a deal for $5.95US per month right
now. They allow shell access and a lot of other things you don't get on the
typical bargain-basement shared hosting provider.
