Not since the '70s when I did a lot of COBOL on Burroughs Medium
Systems.  I also did some customization of the RealWorld COBOL
years ago, 20+ years ago, and still have the source around.
Having a decent editor (vi) and ``make'' made life much nicer
than using 80-column punch cards and huge printouts.
