Nortel VPN client

Hi,

Anyone has experience and or recommendations for connecting to a Nortel
VPN using Linux or Mac OS X?

I've seen that there's 3 possible options for linux and at least 1 for
Mac. The "best" option seems to be the commercial client which I can't
expense (cause the company only supports windows).

The company I work for is shutting down the legacy pptp based vpn and
they only provide the windows client.

I'm currently using pptp on my home server (running Gentoo) so I can
connect with my desktops and/or laptop. So that would be the ideal route
for me.

The options I've found are:
Apani (commercial and endorsed by Nortel) -
http://www.apani.com/vpn/index.html
Hacked up Novell VPN client -
http://forge.novell.com/modules/xfmod/project/?turnpike
vpnc (open source) - http://www.unix-ag.uni-kl.de/~massar/vpnc/

Cheers,
Fed.
