I too have started a slow switch to google apps domain. It's not
great, but it's free (well, $10/year for a domain name) and if you
can get used to the web interface, or set up a local imap client, it's
pretty convenient. I've read posts about a loss of privacy, but I'm
resigned to that. "What, me worry?"
