<OT> gmail

Hi;

A friend of mine (a computer noobee) uses Comcast as an ISP and as a 
mail server.  Comcast blocks the IP address of her friend's ISP in 
Greece and unblocking it has been like trying to talk to space aliens.
Does anyone have any experience with gmail being overzealous in blocking 
half the planet?
