migrating from courier to dovecot imap

It was so long ago. But I think I did it. At least the cruft in my 
Maildir attest's to it:

1082821212.qw cur lastauth
courierimaphieracl dovecot.index Maildir.james.2006042.tar.bz2
courierimapkeywords dovecot.index.cache new
courierimapsubscribed dovecot.index.log subscriptions
courierimapuiddb dovecot-keywords tmp
courierpop3dsizelist dovecot-uidlist

I suffered no ill effects I think dovecot simply set up it's own files 
in response to seeing the maildir and ignored the courier cruft.
