I can't help with the port question. I'm running Firefox 3.5 Beta4
(not the Debian Iceweasel crap). No problems printing here.

I've seen various upgrades to Firefox (or Iceweasel, can't remember
which) in the past that killed printing.

For comparison, my system is Debian sid (sidux) current as of last Saturday.
