The first thing I would try is to open the INDEX.HTM file in a
browser to see what it does.  There is a distinct possibility
that there could be problems with case-sensitivity of file names
on a Linux box.

One can look at all the file names on the cd with the command.

	find /path/to/cd -type f 

Poking around in the directories with a GUI file manager might
also be useful.
