I think that Yellow Dog Linux is commonly used on PS3s, but I
have never even seen one (I tried a Wii last night, the first
video game I have touched since an Intellivision 20+ years ago).
I installed Yellow Dog on an old Apple G4 tower a while back, and
it felt pretty much like the Centos we use every day. I don't do
much desktop Linux though, using OS X for that, and Linux on all
our servers.
Happy New Year!

It is necessary for the welfare of society that genius should be
privileged to utter sedition, to blaspheme, to outrage good taste, to
corrupt the youthful mind, and generally to scandalize one's uncles.
