Mr. Bandel to the rescue again! :)

I can't use ppp+ as ppp0 is the ISP interface while ppp1 is for
dialing-in via 56k modem.

OK, I admit that I copied rule [A} from some iptables tutorial. The
reason why those tutorials use "-o" in SNAT is beyond me.... :)
