Well, I have some free Virtual servers on a 10Mb fiber connection and
could do it again.  You could have root -- no problem, but ssh keys
only, no password logins (too many attacks).  As many other logins as
you need.  Would be your virtual server.

I hosted the list before.  Can do list + web again.  You can do the
work or I can.
