<Sorta OT> seeking new hosting for the SXS

All:
I've been putting off sending this email in the hopes that I could
make something happen that would remove the need to send it, but it's
getting to the wire and I don't see anything happening to change my
situation, so here goes:
<nutshell>I can no longer justify the monthly expense of hosting the
site/mailing list and am looking for someone to take it
over.</nutshell>
<long-winded version>The site is currently hosted at Quantact in a
VPS, and I think it has performed admirably there (and I know the
Quantact guys. They treat me well). However, given my recent
unemployment and the pay cut I took for the new job (not complaining)
I can no longer justify the monthly bill. December is paid for
already, so we have time, but I'd like to start 2010 w/o the hosting
bill if possible.
Even though the site and list is way less traffic than it was in its
heyday, I'd prefer to see the site not be moved back to someone's
cable modem if possible (remember when I hosted it on my server? Ah..
the good ole days<g>). I'm totally open to any offers that might
spring from this email assuming they mean the site/list continues to
perform as well as it does now. And I'm not asking for root on your
box if you choose to host things (I'm willing to continue doing the
maintenance/admin if you like, but it's your box).
In the past, Bill has offered to host things and I thought of him
first but wanted to put the offer out to the list to see what everyone
thought and to keep from 'burdening' Bill w/ yet more of our
infrastructure. If Bill is (still) willing and everyone is cool with
that, so be it. But if anyone who ever emailed me and said 'if you
ever need help w/ the site let me know' wants to step up, we can
discuss that too. :)</long-winded version>
Thank in advance everyone.
