Motion, the open source app, has support for several IP cameras. You
might want to check their supported cameras list.
Also, as Roger mentioned, Axis has a nice range of network cameras.
They're not cheap, buy their products are not tailored for home users
and seem to be well done. I haven't used an Axis camera but all the
reviews I've seen gave them big thumbs up.
