open firefox from thunderbird

Thanks, Tony. I tried all of those network.protocol-handler. And with 
the same directory .thunderbird with all those settings, TB 2.0.0.16 ( 
from Yum download ) works just fine and 2.0.0.17 ( from Mozilla donwload 
) does not.
