traceroute , pls

Thanks everybody again for sending me the traceroute as well as the smtp 
connection results.

I called my ISP and they confirmed that they could not make  smtp 
connections to that destination  either, but at the same time, many of 
us can. They also found that they cannot traceroute all the way thru and 
they can only say that one of the ISPs behind them may have 
routing/blocking problem if it is not something on the network of the 
destination. It is good to hear that they do not make conclusion based 
on only the traceoute.
