For other commands, I do not set at all, and they all work. For that 
particular command "xm create -c", I add "TERM=xterm;export TERM;xm 
create -c ".

This is I do not know. I just started with Xen for a few days.

But if I "ssh -X xterm" to have an xterm on my workstation, then "xm 
create -c" works just fine.
