Brought back unpleasant memories of a freak storm we had New Year's
Day some time back.

The wind started lifting the roof off, and my son and I, plus a fairly
hefty neighbour set about tying it down with a (fortuitously handy)
building tarpaulin. I knew we were in trouble when the wind started
lifting us as well!

We got it on eventually, but it was touch and go.

Like you, we then had the mess to clear up, re-roofing, re-flooing etc..
