RAW is the only way to go AFAIAC. as for linux photo software, LightZone
and Bibble are by
far the best available, but not up to par with windows Loghtroom which I

with CS3. I am redoing the wensite NOW and will have it up shortly.
However we had a hugh storm hit
The Gap where I live and took out 4000 homes mine was one. Roof Ceilngs
carpets kitchen etc. So I
am very tired and busy as no power (I have sleep apnea) no phones so
life is difficult. All food in the
2 refrigerators and one freezer was thrown out today.
I look forwards to more questions.
