I dealt with a very good saleman by the name of Jon Breen
(jon.breen at thinkmate.com) who was more than willing to make whatever
substitutions I desired.

I forgot to mention that their warranty & warranty service is excellent. I've
had three hard drive failures in 16 months (vive software raid 1!). They have
a three year warranty, an online RMA form, & have shipped me out a
replacement drive within twenty-four hours of my submitting my request.
