Regarding battery life, are you saying that you bought a new, spare battery,
or that you bought a new EeePC in order to have a spare battery? I seem to
remember there not being any spare batteries for sale when I bought my EeePC
when they first came out and I haven't looked recently to see if there were
any available now.
