Do you have a Pentium D or a "Prescott"?  The "Prescott" is notorious 
for running hot, but from what I've gathered from some quick googling 
you are about 5 deg. C hotter than average.

As long as air can get in and out of your case in the hutch, the issue 
is more likely related to your case fans.  If your case has the 
mountings, I'd suggest installing some more fans.  Balance the airflow 
so for every auxiliary exhaust fan you have an identical intake fan.  
Also, open the case up and make sure you don't have ribbon cables 
dangling in the air flow path.
