<OT> iMac question [SOLVED]

I changed to a Netgear access point. And I had to make sure the access
point was set to operate at 54 mbit. not 130 or 270, which it also
supports, 130 being the default. Odd speeds, IMHO, but that is what
Netgear calls them. Now the iMac is happy. It could be that my D-Link
access point was operating at something other than 54 mbit. It was
supposed to be a fast access point. It just happened to work with all my
other computers. But the iMac will only work with a 54 mbit access
point.
