Are you using sa-update to update the list of spamassassin rules nightly?
Does your spamassassin config use the network tests?
Are you using the Bayesian filters? If so, have you given the email to
sa-learn and classified it as spam?
If you look in the header of the message (assuming you have
rewrite_header turned on) what are the results of the scoring of the
message?
Also, have you checked out the SA rules from rulesemporium.com?
Most of the time, a simple rules update can solve the issue. If
you're still having issues, reply back and we can dissect your cf
files and go from there.
