"Ok, for the VMWARE experts out there I have some questions."

I'm not expert but I'll chime in.


"I am going to setup a Quad Core Slackware Server with VMWARE. I need to
"GUEST" Windows server 2003 on it. Which VMware product do I need?"

I would start with VMServer.  It is a free download and allows you to
install guest machines.  If there are problems, or you need some of the
fancier features, then investigate one of the for purchase products


"I am also need to have have some sort of "Terminal" services back to
the Windows 20003 machine from the Linux Desktops. What Do I need to do
that with ?"

On the Linux clients Rdesktop will connect to windows TS servers and
there are a few GUI frontends for rdesktop, I've used TSClient in the
past.
