VMWARE .....

Ok, for the VMWARE experts out there I have some questions.

I am going to setup a Quad Core Slackware Server with VMWARE. I need to
"GUEST" Windows server 2003 on it. Which VMware product do I need?

I am also need to have have some sort of "Terminal" services back to
the Windows 20003 machine from the Linux Desktops. What Do I need
to do that with ?
