I know three people, one of them is my co-worker,  who got cancer. They 
are all recovered after the chemotherapy or surgery. You will be the same.

My co-worker who got cancer, he often has a lot of vacations. He got one 
vacation right before the surgery. After that he took another vacation, 
and were called back because the doctor found some remaining cancer 
trace. He came back for another surgery then took off for another 
vacation short time after that :). By the way, he uses Linux ( this is 
the mandatory word for this mailing list, isn't it ? )
