ADMIN: changes to the list and site

I've just moved the web site to a new hosted server. This should provide for 
better bandwidth and higher uptime. Since the move, I've also changed the 
mailman lists a little bit so that they point to the proper location. This 
should fix the broken links to the archives and info pages

If you should notice anything wonky with the site or lists, please email me at 
this address and not on list
