We purchased MFG/Pro from QAD and I think it was installed for about
200k. However each improvement or modification is at the cost of a
consultants time at around AUD $250 an hour. Each new module costs
between 5000-50000 dollars. And then the 'improvement' or module fails
to work so it's another 3 to 4 weeks of hack/fix to get it working. Then
you have the yearly slug for support and licensing and you probably are
paying another 50-100k per annum for the product.

I think in the end it would be better to buy an OpenMFG or Compiere
license and then employ a programmer from the projects community full
time to make it do what you want.
