Vector Linux?

I don't mind paying for something that  a. is useful, b. works and c. is 
fairly priced.
The website claims that Vector Linux has a KDE that has been adapted to 
low  memory environments.
This got my attention; I have an old Compaq Presario I upgraded with a 
K6-III+ CPU, but can only use 192 MB of RAM.
I'll give Vector a try, after I recover from paying my property taxes. :-(
