Printing HELP !!!!!!

Ok, One of my customers has bought a BRAND new shiny Hp DesignJet 110NR
so we can print oversized envelopes and such.

here is my dilemma:

The printer only uses PCL3-GUI and our Laser Form package produces PCL6.
The 110 WILL not recognize PCL6.

Now my questions:

Is there a package that can convert PCL to Postscript, so I can use
ghostscript to print what I need?

Any alternatives to get printed what we need to print since our forms
package produces PCL6 (It is on a Linux box) ?
