Recently I notice that my local dns server sometimes takes extremely 
longer time to restart. The log in /var/log/messages shows the same 
logging messages , no matter if it is restarted normally - in about 2-3 
seconds, or extremely long - in about 45-180 minutes. The server has 
almost no load. When it restarts slowly, the load is about 0.01, the 
same as when it restarts normally.

Server : FC7, bind 9.4.1.

Any idea ?
