It was right after a fresh installation of that server. /dev/sdb, 
/dev/sdc and /dev/sdd may have some old information on that, but none of 
them was used at all after that installation.

Reboot didn't fix the problem. Reboot and deleting /dev/md0 and 
recreating /dev/md0 fix the problem. I doubt that it is the right way to 
do so I will delete them, and try again.

I forgot to check /proc/mdstat. You can see that I am new to mdadm. Will 
check that file when I get into problem again.
