r8169 PXE boot problems

David,

   Did you get the latest released module code from Realtek? I have a MB with the r8169s. Be *careful* There is a r8169s, c, and cl if I remember correct and each has a *different* driver. I know there are 3, and each has a different driver. With the driver in 2.6.24.3 I could not get Linux to even recognize the hardware.

   I have done a ton of research on this chipset - not my favorite either...
