I'm in South Hill Va. David Bandel would blow his brains out here.
Oh yeah!! There is a Harvest Festival coming up in several weeks. There
is to be a string band. They'll play after the apple bobbing and
balloon-blowing contests. The Sheriff Dept will have a half smoked joint
and a crack pipe on display to warn the local Future Farmers of the
Evils that exist outside of this county... like in Richmond, where GWAR
hangs out. I'm all atwitter with anticipation. Or, I could go to the
Wal-Mart, push a cart around and check out the Video Section to twiddle
with the displays. Tough choice. I could always go to the local feed
store and bash mice with a shovel for a 10 cents apiece. <howls>
I flat out refuse to go to the local barber, as I'd come out looking
ready for Easter Sunday School. Seer Sucker, white shoes, and a little
bit of slicked grey hair on top. Someone just shoot me. <sighs> My darn
cell-phone bill hits $100 a month, I'd dread getting an internet connect
through the bastards. Ric
