IRC server problem

I am sorry that my office, at about 9AM, just got a very serious power
surge problem that knocked down several UPSes, and one of them is for
the IRC server. The people here reported that the power was lost less
than a minute then everything just disappeared so I guess the surge
should be pretty big.

Fortunately only the UPSes got down, not any equipment or servers.

IRC serveris up now.
