BGP

I am going to have a T3 line on next month ( hopefully ). Currently I
have a T1 line. I want to set up T3 as the main line and T1 as the
backup line.

These two T3,T1 are terminated on the same router. If I understand
correctly, I have to use BGP with two default gateways with different
metrics and the rest should be the setup of the ISP providers and I have
to call them to set that up.

I have only handled autonomous systems only. This is the first time I
have to do BGP. Any advice is greatly appreciated.
